TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU WILL NEED:  Riced cauliflower Fresh lime juice Fresh cilantro Salt Black pepper

STEP 1

Start by ricing the cauliflower and heating it as directed on packaging or for 2 to 3 minutes in a saucepan over medium heat. Add oil if needed.

STEP 2

Once heated through, you will add fresh lime juice, salt, pepper, and the chopped cilantro.  Stir this together and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.  Serve as a side or in a bowl with your favorite protein.  It makes a great base for burritos too!
