INGREDIENTS – Chicken breasts – Sesame oil – Orange juice – Chicken broth – Soy sauce – Honey – Garlic – Ginger – Salt – Black pepper – Sesame seeds

STEP 1

Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken for 8 to 12 minutes.

STEP 2

Remove the chicken, then into the same pan, pour the sauce mixture.  Let this simmer for 15 minutes, or until thickened. Once thick, add the chicken back to the sauce.

Serve this healthier orange chicken with your favorite sides.  Brown rice and steamed broccoli is delicious, or serve with any fried rice or eggrolls.
