INGREDIENTS: Ground beef Oil Broccoli Bell peppers Carrots Onions Garlic Ginger Soy sauce Water Cornstarch Sesame seeds Green onions Salt & Pepper

STEP 1

In a skillet or wok, cook the ground beef over medium heat.  Season with salt and pepper and cook until no pink shows.  Remove from the skillet.

STEP 2

Add the remaining oil to the skillet along with the garlic, ginger, and onion.  Cook 2 minutes then add the vegetables. Cook 5 minutes.

STEP 3

Once the veggies are tender, add the meat back to the pan along with the sauce.  Stir and cook until heated through.
