INGREDIENTS Pork tenderloin Olive oil Taco seasoning Ground cumin Garlic powder Salt Black pepper

STEP 1

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.

STEP 2

Place the pork tenderloin into a large Ziploc bag with the marinade.  Make sure the meat is coated well, then cover or seal and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.

STEP 3

When ready to cook, place in a baking dish and bake at 425F for 40 to 45 minutes or until it reaches 145F internally.

Let the pork tenderloin rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to serve.  This is great served alone or inside tortillas as a taco, burrito, or enchilada.
