INGREDIENTS: Chicken breasts Olive oil Butter Garlic Black pepper Garlic salt Paprika Chili flakes or cayenne pepper Fresh rosemary Chicken broth If making a sauce:  Cornstarch

STEP 1

Pat the chicken dry then season generously on both sides.  Then, melt the butter and oil in the cast iron skillet and add the chicken.  Cook for 8 minutes.

STEP 2

Turn the chicken over, add the garlic, rosemary, and broth.  Continue cooking another 5 to 6 minutes, or until cooked through.

This can be sliced and served with any favorite sides.  If desired, add more butter and cornstarch to the drippings along withe extra broth for a simple sauce.
